Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kirby account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
